February 28, 2024 Update

Our coalition has spent the past 8 years working to improve quality of life and business activity in the rivertowns by increasing transportation options on Route 9. This can only happen if Broadway is safe for everybody to use.

Important progress is now in motion. We got the State Department of Transportation (DOT) to pick up the ball.

Join us next week at the first Public Workshop for the Route 9 Complete Streets Preliminary Engineering project:

Thursday, March 7th

Tarrytown Recreation Center
240 W. Main Street, Tarrytown

Bus Directions: Ride the bus (Bee-Line 1T or 13; or Hudson Link H07) to the Tarrytown train station. Then cross the tracks via the station's overpasses. Continue walking west toward the river.

This workshop will be an opportunity to actively participate in a group exercise to provide input and ideas. Spanish translation services will be available.
